I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the property, from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the well lit and clean parking lot. The staff was most helpful and congenial. If I am ever out this way again I will definitely look to stay here again and will recommend staying here to family and friends.

The staff/owners that manage the front office are very kind! it was great place to stay for 3 nights. close proximity to Tree of Mysteries and 45 mins to Fern Canyon. Property itself is ok and the walls are very thin. Booked this very last minute for labor day weekend and it was good enough to just sleep and shower in.

This was really nicer than I expected for the price. An older facility buy kept up and very clean. Right on a busy street so bring ear plugs. I would stay here again. Nice staff- very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked. Had just enough in the room to be comfortable for a night. Queen bed came with three pillows, so if you're a two or three pillow sleeper might want to bring your own. Perfectly fine place to stay at a decent price

We were pleasantly surprised about this place. We read reviews stating concerns with cleanness. Clearly the management has taken this complains seriously because the room was nicely cleaned and with good amenities. It is a budget hotel with small details not worth to mention but it is in good conditions and well located. I would not mind staying there again.

The room was clean and in a great location. They can't help the fact that Crescent City has a lot of one way streets. We had a recommend from the front desk for the Boathouse Restaurant and the food was good & service was fast. The restaurant even let us bring our dog. Our sweet dog was welcomed at the hotel which made traveling with her extra special.

When you first walk in it smells like someone went to the bathroom and then cleaned it right after. Beds were okay. It was nice and cold in the room although ac doesn’t stay on it turns off once it reaches the temp and comes back on but it’s kind of annoying cause it wakes you up. A lil sketchy area. But honestly the nicest staff! No breakfast just coffee :/ def make sure to lock your door with the deadbolt.
