“Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the……

“One of the best places we’ve stayed in . Breakfast was superb with a good choice of fruit and cereal followed by a first class Scottish breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated with everything one might want. Parking was excellent and we were allowed to leave the car well after check out. Mine host Gordon couldn’t have been more helpful.”

“Although we didn’t meet our host in person Ioan was always available to talk, very welcoming and answered any questions promptly. The Kist itself is stunning, clean on arrival and had all essentials required for a stay! Our dog enjoyed getting out for his walk in the garden, would definitely recommend to others if looking for a quiet peaceful location.”
