“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Right in the centre of town only meters from the restaurants and shops and at the base of the castle cliff. The room was modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river, and free Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. “Great location. Right on the water's edge and across the road from the ferry terminal. Breakfast had a great variety. Only minor thing was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, and make sure you ask about the Trentino guest pass (they didn't offer it at check in) which gives you free/discounted tickets for things like public transport and certain attractions. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would happily return.”

By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. ”
