“My husband and I visited for our anniversary. The cabin is lovely - beautifully renovated, thoughtfully outfitted, and situated in a lovely forested setting. The king-sized bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept on away from home. The hot tub uses a saltwater system which is so much more pleasant than the usual chlorine/bromine systems found in most hot tubs...easier on the skin and respiratory system. We were very pleased with our experience and definitely plan to return to this...

“This cabin is a perfect getaway for a couple, or for 2 close couples. It is about 2 hours from DC, so it is the perfect distance for a weekend. The kitchen was small but fully stocked with everything you could need, and there was a grill outside. The large deck was perfect for cocktails in Adirondack chairs. Indoors, we loved sitting by the big stone fireplace.We slept in the first floor bedroom and the mattress was very comfortable. The bed is against a wall, so you have to get in on one side,...

“We loved our short stay in June! The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were SO comfy! It is about 25 min. to the closest grocery store and restaurants (other than the restaurant on site which was perfect!) We would definitely stay here again!”
