“Staff were quite busy helping maintenance with updates and repairs. Kind and helpful when they are available! The continuous barking of dogs was disturbing as well as the people above our room being very loud at night! It almost sounded as though they were moving furniture and jumping on beds although who knows! The one thing I disliked most was the walk to access the beach! You have to go down past the entrance to get to the crosswalk, then cross and walk back where you came from! Of course if……

“I understood the bedding was only changed every 3 days but I thought they would make the beds every day. I reported it to the front desk and nothing changed. Only on the days the sheets were changed fed did the beds get made and one other day. For what we paid I expected more. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have coffee and tea available all the time.”

“The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Great staff and breakfast. All were working hard to keep up this older property. Great location. Bed mattress a bit old and lumpy. Time for an upgrade. Still we loved the location and plan to return”
