“The staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel has two restaurants, but they do not provide room service. We DoorDash food and Instacart a couple things that we needed and for some reason, the food came to the room, but all of a sudden security said Instacart couldn’t deliver to the room. So either, their security sucks because they let someone through or their security makes their customers come down and retrieve their own things. One of the main reasons, my husband and I went was because……

“Eddie at the front desk was amazing everything was decorated so cute and loved all the bars!”

“Carpet was dirty, fixtures were stained and in disrepair. The pull out bed couldn’t be pulled out. Only a flat and fitted sheet were in the room. Asked for blanket and more towels. The front desk staff had an attitude when we asked for items but still provided them. Amenities were ok yet everything was falling apart, stained, or fixed with duct tape.”
