“Great location, well-equipped, well-decorated, great views from the balcony, absolutely loved the unit. Communication was excellent. Parking was difficult to manage with more than one vehicle, but there is paid parking next door. The building elevators were slow and often busy, but still manageable.”

“The condo was as described in the listing. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was beautiful. The property is very secure with codes to elevators and door. It is located within short walking distance to John's Pass. Most impressive was the communication from the owner. No delays in responses, and very complete instructions. Would not hesitate to book again.”

“We decided to take a last minute weekend "staycation" and John's Pass/Maderia Beach is one of our favorite spots. This little cottage was the cutest, had just what we needed for our stay. There are spots to sit outside and watch the boats in the bay or you can leave to take a short walk to John's Pass for coffee in the morning, shopping, restaurants. “Newer building and close in proximity to beach and boardwalk. Condo had everything we needed for the quick trip. The chairs and umbrella helped supplement the chairs we rented. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the pool was nice for a couple hours. Within walking distance to John’s pass as mentioned. Great owners and would stay again. Thank you for the hospitality. ”
