“Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels. ”

“The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. ”

“Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had room service breakfast on the balcony and it was lovely. Room was very modern, clean, and beachy. Fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. ”

“Very unhappy that I paid for a beachfront view with a balcony and what I got was a third floor room on top of their sloppy joes restaurant. So from that balcony I saw two large roof top air conditioners, 30 feet of roof, then the beach in the background. Very disappointing. From a cleanliness perspective based him was not cleaned well. ”
