Quiet, clean and conveniently located

We loved the staff. Nicole (check in) and Heidi (Maintenance) were awesome. The Firepit was fun to sit around and meet people, lots of close proximity hiking, including on the property. The NP is only 20 minutes up the road as is a small state park. Our Cabin was well-acquainted and we loved that this property was pet friendly!!! Laundry is available, but $10 per load was a shocker, especially since I had to man the machines (washer/dryer)...$3.00 would have been more reasonable and in line with a normal laundromat...granted...saved me a trip to Chiloquin so probably saved $3.00 in gas doing it at the resort. This is more awareness than a complaint. Our only gripe really was the internet. It was part of why we picked the resort over the state park for tent camping. It sort of worked on our phones, but neither my wife or I were able to connect to our work VPN's to do even simple email. We tried everything, and Heidi, bless her heart, tried to help us...but alas...the internet was not for us. We were forced to take a break from work...but that caused stress later in our trip...so...word to the wise...do not count on internet on a laptop. If we pass back through the area, we definitely will stay here again!

Room was very clean and spacious. Great view and super friendly hotel staff. The in door pool and the spa were wonderful. A little bit of driving to all the great attractions, but it’s definitely worth it.
