“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We……

“We stayed 6 nights in room 208 , a junior suite which was clean and beautifully appointed and would return in an instant. Air conditioning was efficient and totally silent, bedding and mattress were delightful ,and the decor good to the eye . Our pool was a joy and the views from the pool and patio ares sublime. The bathroom was clean with all necessary amenities . However , villa/room 208 has no walk in shower , you have to step over the large free standing bath which has a great rainfall……
