“They don't tell you that the hotels under construction on website except for some very fine print at the bottom. We went there for my daughter's birthday and everything like the water slide and hot tub were all shut down. The construction workers were on every level the doors were all propped open so there was no security. The construction workers worked until 10:00 p.m. on a weeknight. They had no coordination as far as shutting down one floor at a time. The whole place look like it was being……

“I went thru Expedia and when I booked a room in duluth I specifically asked for a ground level room with a walk out patio,verified 3 times a ground level room and a patio,the gentleman who booked my room assured me of that was what I would get. I drove 4 hours went to check in and I had a room on the 11th floor and the hotel had No rooms with patios!!! Very disappointing.”
