“The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.”

Die Zimmer (gleiche Kategorie) sind durch ihre Lage und ihre baulichen Gegebenheiten jedoch sehr unterschiedlich. Die Zimmer oberhalb des Restaurants sind insbesondere in den Abendstunden von Lärm betroffen - darüber hinaus ist die Toilette wie auch die Dusche zwar von einer Wand, aber keiner Decke vom Zimmer getrennt.”

“Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.”

“Our booking had been upgraded to a family suite so we had plenty of space. It was great accommodation, very clean with everything we needed. Although we had a couple of problems with the air-conditioning and water however they went after the way to quickly resolve them. They were there within minutes and they were so very helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay hereSuch lovely stuff.”

“We stayed for six nights with the half-board option and would happily stay here again. The hotel is just on the beach, with easy walking access to everything there is to see and do in Anse Volbert. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us out with everything from booking a car, to recommendations, to organizing our transport to the ferry. “Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. ”
