The clerk was nice. The lights outside of the rooms are all broken. You walk into the room and the carpet was soaked with some unknown substance. It reeked. There was broken glass by the tub which also had broken pieces. The sink didn’t have a mirror and only had hot water. The hotel itself needs lots of repairs. It seemed more like a pay by the hour hotel than a $110/night room. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay that’s close to the city...and don’t mind having to clean up after the maids...this is the hotel for you. Costumer service is terrible. I have an emotional support animal. My boyfriend is a vet with sever PTSD. They guy repeatedly told us we couldn’t have a service animal, but proceeded to charge us $30\. There were several safety violations like a broken light bulb and an exposed outlet that had sparks ignite when I tried to plug something in. I have pictures to prove. He also harassed my brother I pay as an Uber driver.
