“Nice and beautiful house. The way that we looked. Montana style. Unfortunately the kitchen was dirty and for me this area and bathrooms are the most importantly rooms to be cleaned. The coffee machine was disgusted. Bathroom was ok, just the mirror and tub was dirty. There was garbage left outside around the fire place and food on the chair outside ( sun rom area). To us the mattress are too soft and we didn’t sleep well till last night when we try the other bedroom which has a better mattress....

“Great proximity to Cooperstown. Spacious, well stocked and clean. Beds comfortable and showers were very large. Weather too chilly to enjoy the deck & lawn area. Owner very helpful with golfing/restaurant suggestions and all communication was very quick. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely quiet location with super cozy visiting spaces, and a hammock in the dinning room! Beautiful yard with great views of a stream, plus plenty of areas to sit and enjoy. Floor is fairly slanted, but we were warned ahead of time and it was not problematic at all. We loved our stay and hope to return again! Very pleasant, quaint, quiet and cozy! Pet friendly too! Great place to catch up with folks and not be surrounded by distractions of the hustle and bustle of general life!!!”
