“Location, location, location. Great parking, right downtown. Easy to walk to all shopping, Baseball Hall of Fame, and restaurants. The building is set back so it’s quiet and very safe. It’s a great choice if you are looking for a simple, affordable and friendly place in town.”

“Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. The lake views are……

“MY 2 boys, husband & myself had a wondeful time! Our stay was from 7/29- 8/1. We loved the horses & the lake. We spent 1 day relaxing by the lake. My boys had so much fun on the paddle boats. The next day we went to Cooperstown to see the baseball hall of fame! Tom & Laura were amazing hosts! ”

“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”
