"It was a beautiful home.. the stay was amazing. Only one complaint is that listing had laundry washwr/dryer and when we got there, there was none. Having traveled with kids it was a little inconvenient but the host offered to do 1 load complimentary. We declined cause i wouldnt send dirty clothes with strangers. They were very responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely stay again"

"Our email confirmation guided us to the property. We showed up to the door and I opened up my app inbox to get entry instructions. That was when I saw my inbox message that it had been double booked. To their partial credit, the message was sent 6 days prior. However, I hadn’t been prompted to check my inbox. The property manager was apologetic in the message and asked me to cancel the booking. Obviously I didn’t cancel the booking (didn’t see the message) and no effort was made to follow up...

"The home was clean and had plenty of room for 13 adults. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and lounge in even when it snowed and rained. Location is close to restaurants and freeways so getting around was easy. The hosts were great communicators. We would definitely stay here again."
