“recently stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food quality was quite poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this level. The animation/entertainment team was also underwhelming and did not provide enjoyable activities. What surprised me the most was that many services required extra charges, even though the hotel claims to be “all inclusive.” Staff frequently asked for additional payments for things that should have……

“First, the address didn't brig me to the right place. Second, the place was poorly indicated. 3th, the parking wason the street. only 2 place was available at the hotel. Don't qualify for a hotel parking vs room. 4th, The main hotel was crowded with stuf that dont belong there, asa hotel entrance.5h No one was at the main desk. Waited for a long time to get my room. 6th the room was dated, 80' style with wall mirror. 7th Noisy, can ear my the guy in the order room urinating in is toilet. 8th……

“Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. “I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. My sister was taken ill whilst we were there and Adalet the owner was amazing. He assisted us to get her admitted to hospital and helped me with arrangements. He was so helpful in every way. The hotel is lovely with great staff and the breakfast is delicious. Your stay here will not disappoint. ”
