This unique modern house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the city 10 min away, amazing Red Rocks amphitheater 15 min away, and mountains just 20 min away. Close to food and shopping in a unique outdoor mall area named Belmar & Lakewood Commons Area. O'Kane Park is one block away, and outdoor mall stated above only 5 blocks away. Great outdoor patio in back with privacy. Overall a unique convenient special place to be in Denver Colorado. See you soon!

Great host. Great communications. Answered quickly when I had a question about the house. House was close to everywhere we needed to go, Coors brewing, downtown and Redrocks. It was just 2 of us and it was the perfect size for us.

Clean & comfortable stay

We were in town for a family wedding. This location was between the wedding venue and our family's local home, which was perfect. Clean, cool& colorful property. The girls enjoyed the photography on the walls.

Nice place, clean and good location

Very clean comfortable accommodations. TV, beds, and lounging in the living room, all very relaxing. The patio area was a plus for hanging out too. Kitchen facilities limited but adequate, plenty of fridge space. The location was great! Shopping and restaurants nearby, and LRT trains not far away if you want to explore Denver. Good parking on-site here, if you need it.

Quiet neighborhood, good location

My family and I had a great overall stay. The place was quiet, clean, in a very good neighborhood, and I would stay here again. There were only a couple of complaints (neither of which were brought to the attention of the property manager & possibly nit picky).. Issue 1; a couple members of my family have asthma and the air fresheners were extremely potent. Everyone thought the place smelled nice, no doubt, but the level of air freshener in this place was overwhelming. We unplugged the wall dispenser immediately upon entry as my wife and middle child had a hard time breathing for the initial few hours. Issue 2(not really an issue); We felt that the quiet hours were a little unrealistic (9p-9a). We did our best to accommodate this request and never had any problems due to noise. I would suggest modifying the quiet hours to something like 10p-8a. We were quiet and respectful, but it did make the stay slightly less enjoyable. We weren’t sure how loud would be too loud for a movie at night or morning routines.
