We sold a home faster than expected and needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks before our new home was ready. Rather than stay in an apartment we elected to rent a home short term. During this time frame I also had neck surgery and the host allowed us to bring some of our own furniture so that I would be more comfortable while recovering.
