This second-floor unit features a light beach-cottage theme and a spectacular Gulf view from a private balcony. You will find cottage-style white furniture with glass tops, cozy neutral furnishings, and access to the balcony in the living area. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with black granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and the full complement of housewares. The master bedroom features a lovely white cottage aesthetic and designer sea-life bedding. The hall bunks are built-in and feature a top safety rail and cozy, neutral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a Jack-and-Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer as well. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.
Things to know:
The pool in this building is closed until January 1, 2026, for repairs. The guest can use the pool in the A building. The pool code is the same in both buildings.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
