SWIMMING POOL:

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

-The backyard has outdoor chairs and loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table, pergola, putting green and a BBQ grill.

PARKING:

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
