“The cottage was fantastic! The rooms are comfortable & cozy with everything you and nothing you don't. The neighborhood was active during the day and quiet at night, just what we were hoping for. Very much enjoyed being an easy walk from downtown Littleton (Denver Beer Company ftw!). The hosts provided clear check-in instructions and good communication throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.”

“2 years ago we stayed at this property. Ryan has kept it updated and clean. It looked like everything was brand new even though it was 2 years ago that we initially stayed. Here. Our visit this week was phenomenal. I can't imagine any extra thing he could have done. He fully stocked the kitchen and bathroom with whatever you might need. Ryan also is so attentive. He is checking in to make sure there's nothing else you may want. I would give him 10 stars if they had it.”

“The house is as advertised! Great location, well appointed, clean and comfort! We actually had a bridal shower and a makeshift wedding here! And at the end of the day, the hot tub is fantastic!”

“It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……

The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The house was beautiful and everything was awesome. There were what looked like spilled rocks on the deck and the cushions to the deck furniture. We’re all on the ground. The placemats on the dining room table had food on them, and there were some pieces of stuff on the ground but other than that, everything was nice and clean and fun and great! We had an amazing time and the house fulfilled all of our needs. It was very comfortable and the entertainment was great. Thanks!!! ”
