I would not stay here again. One, the cost was far more than I was led to believe what it would be, due to bait-and-switch pricing and hidden fees. Two, the parking is horrible. It is in a parking garage that is across a street and through a park in which several homeless people with mental health issues live. Three, the celebrated rooftop with bar and pool that is a popular social hub. Only problem is the bar is only staffed 2 days or nights a week. There is a hot tub, but not a pool. We had thought there was a pool. Several other guests had thought same. Not sure how we all had that impression. The rooftop is a nice area. But no staff are up there. Four, the RINO area, "River North", is located in an area that is a bit "sketchy," according to my wife and several other guests. There is nothing nearby such as restaurants or stores. There is a beer garden across the street, which looked promising, but did not go to check it out, but which several homeless people are camping right next to one of the garden perimeter walls. Five, the room had no coffee maker. Really? In this day, not having a coffee maker is like not having a toilet. However, the lobby area is convivial and people do interact and engage. The hotel seems to be designed and intended more for long-term stays and guests. The rooms seem very Japanese in how they are designed. The raised bed and storage under the bed in lieu of closets is very Japanese inspirations. People under 40 beware.

Horrible check in experience. They tried to go all modern and use machines for check in process and the kiosks didn’t work properly and were not very user friendly. Long line of people trying to check in. 5 guests waiting at 3 kiosks that apparently one was not working. The your girl that was helping was totally overwhelmed trying to multitask but she was amazig.

Parking was poor and erea around hotel was scary and dirty. The staff that we had interaction with were very pleasant and helpful. Only 1 elevator was working which made it long waits to get up or down. The $60 destination fee was silly. No need as you didn’t help us in our destination in any way. Didn’t like using the Expedia site. We never received emails or confirmation. Never use again.

We LOVED staying at Catbird! The room had everything!!!! We were in town for an event and I really appreciated the steamer in the room! The mattress was very comfortable! The bathroom was spacious and modern... the only thing I would suggest there is maybe better lighting for makeup? But there was light and a big mirror in the room so not a big deal... The staff was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the breakfast options and all the amenities the hotel had to offer... house plants in our room! Vespas! We cannot wait to return to catbird!

The property was really nicely presented, hip (my friend and I are seniors, yet we were very welcome) and really felt alive. So much was happening - yoga, music, wine hour, more. Laid back yet vibrant. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. The location was great for public transit but on the down side for local options for dining or strolling.

Definitely will stay here again, loved using the hot tub every morning, the staff was amazing, room was perfect, everything was great. Only downside was parking, but in Denver decent parking is rare so it’s okay.
