“Everything was amazing! Laurel was so helpful and kind, I loved staying at her cute and cozy place❤️ We got a very thoughtful tray of local fruits from her and a home-baked banana bread which I thought was very cool.”

“A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed.”

“This was such a beautiful piece land and it was perfect for our honeymoon location on the island. We are already planning on a return trip with friends and renting the main house with the pool. Someday we want to even move to this island and live in paradise for forever.”

“Communication was great. Unit clean. The pool was a bonus at the end of the day. Mahalo Vivian”

“Amazing location and well-stocked. Great host who did a fantastic job maintaining property”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the clean bathroom. Great shower with never ending hot water. The oversized mini refrigerator was great to have keep my bag of ice for 2 day as I we used it in our cooler during the day and refreshed it in the freezer when we returned. Kept food & drinks chilled. Hot coffee pot was well used for making hot coffee and tea.Room could use a few more hooks to hand clothes and towel bars. Bed was too soft. Would prefer a firmer mattress”

“The room was a superb find. Is not a new room; however is very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to everything and with lots of amenities. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo. Just get the bus schedule and be aware that the schedules can change and is not as clear. Ask the drivers to be sure. Our host Michele was very helpful to show and point the area and where to go. Thank……
