“Our room smelled like mildew the second shower that is a stand-up shower had a lot of water damage around the bottom could be why it smells so bad”

“Very clean and beautiful home. Very private and quiet.”

“We were very surprised by the high ratings and “exceptional” descriptions in the listing. They were responsive to our messages and check in was easy, but we would not stay at this place again. The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night. The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even……

“I stayed at this property while caring for elderly parents in Lubbock. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this property. The garage and carport are great amenities to have access to when the weather turns stormy. Thank you so much for a great stay and I look forward to the next time.”

“Quick short overnight was very easy. Thanks you for the room!”

“Great central location, near shopping and a big park. The kitchen is well equipped, nice big refrigerator. Friendly host. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My husband stayed here while working away from home, and the host made the experience so much easier. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was quick and thoughtful, and he felt well taken care of throughout his stay. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would absolutely book again. By the end of the stay, it genuinely felt like we’d made a friend, not just booked a rental. Highly recommend.”

“Really nice home. Extremely clean, well decorated. Accurate photos. We didn’t use kitchen except for the fridge but it appears to be well stocked. Very comfortable couches and master bed (only used the one bedroom). Nice neighborhood. We felt very safe. Great price. Clear instructions and great communication from owner. Convenient location. So glad we found this home. Would gladly stay here again.”
