“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. “Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all.
