“Our stay couldn’t have been better. We were able n Mayberry 3 nights and most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The stores in downtown have limited hours anywhere from 10am to 5pm and a lot of them are closed on weekends. My suggestion would be to come during the weekdays if you can. House was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend. ”

“This is our 2nd stay at the retro bungalow. We love the location. We have friends that live close by. We love the area, being close to the blue ridge parkway and access to many quaint local towns. The best sky colors & sunsets. ”

“Very charming, clean and comfortable. The bathroom can be a challenge for elderly people, particularly the shower. However, the owner is aware. Overall great place. This was our second stay so it is definitely somewhere we would stay again.”

“Perfect location while visiting HPU campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Greensboro. The house was perfect for the weekend away, very clean, renovated, very nicely decorated. Little touches of flowers, pumpkins, and garden tomatoes made us feel right at home. Highly recommend. ”

“This tiny little spot was perfect for my husband and I to share a quiet little get away to celebrate our anniversary. The key code on the front door was easy to get into, and once we walked in, we were amazed by the huge window by the bed. When laying on the bed, it's like laying in the middle of a forest with all the trees around. There was plenty of room for us to put our things, and stay for the night. We enjoyed the hot tub and and was able to relax in the peace and quiet. ”

“We had a very relaxing stay at this property which was perfect for us - an elderly couple. We had everything we needed and fantastic views. We stayed 4 days and cooked every night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The water pressure could have been better, but we managed. It was so quiet & peaceful that we hated to leave!”

“Very cool cabin in remote setting. Booked a 1 night stay. Great place, located on the edge of working farm. Host provided good directions/instructions on how to find it, as it's remote and tucked away. Extremely peaceful and quite. Great couples getaway and easy to get to different attractions in the area. Nice amenities in the cabin and well taken care of. ”

“We loved staying in this cabin. Not only is it by a river (a huge plus for us) but it is roomy. Inside, the kitchen is great: stove, microwave full-size refrigerator, plenty of dishes & flatware, pots & pans, dishwasher, and spices. When you close the bathroom door, the bedroom is really dark in the morning....great for sleeping in! The wraparound porch is fantastic with a round dining table, rocking chairs and gliders. We had such good weather, we enjoyed taking our meals outside to enjoy the……
