“We loved this property. It was private and peaceful with a lovely rural outlet and some very cute pet sheep. While near the main homestead the set up and positioning made it private with its own parking area and entranceway. A short walk was a paved track which went down to the beach. Stunning views from the top over the bay. We spent most of our time onsite for the 4 days we were there celebrating a 90th birthday and it was excellent to be able to bring my elderly dad there each day for……

“Amazing location with views in every direction. Modern home with everything you need. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, bbq dinner and watching the amazing night sky whilst listening to Kia and a kiwi. We drove down to town as it was a bit steep but worth driving around the area as it’s beautiful. Definitely recommend ”

“St Arnaud is a lovely location and the property is also conveniently located. The property is comfortable enough but is neither fish nor fowl. It is better than a basic kiwi bach but not really up to the standard of a holiday home. It seems a bit expensive for what it is - I found the dirty windows, cobwebs and threadbare carpet a bit too rustic. The house needs some maintenance. ”

“The views from this home were amazing. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well supplied. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The heat pump kept us warm for our August visit and would probably be appreciated in the summer to keep the house cool. ”

“Very clear instructions on how to get there. Awesome truck with lots of cute details. Alpacas happily wondering around the truck was so cool as was hand feeding them. The outdoor bath so lovely and relaxing. The best for me was no beeping and dinging of technology unless you went to deck of the main house at set times. ”
