“Mooie appartementen niet al te ver van het centrum. Het lig op een mooie locatie vlakbij het grootste park van Valencia. Centrum ligt op circa 20 min lopen. Ontbijt is ok op niet drukke dagen maar niet top”

“應有盡有的公寓式住宿，採光很好，廚房器具很齊全，微波爐烤箱都有。床也蠻舒適的，唯獨浴室縫隙沒有密合，洗完澡會有部分積水。員工人很親切，入住時會告訴你整個Valencia可以如何觀光。”

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“Fine location in a Residential area. Close to center and supermarket. Fine kitchen equipment. When I arrived the floor was very dirty. After mid week cleaning, everything was VERY clean. Hot water was random and some elevators issues. I will recommend this place in Valencia. ”

“This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy.”

“Stated on hotels.com that have to contact the appartment if arrived after mid-night, even though we knew we would arrive around 11pm, which is before mid-night, we tried to contact the appartment in advance, however, the contact telephone number of the appartment provided in the booking confirmation from Hotels.com was wrong. When arrived at 11pm, there was no one, which is different from what is stated on website. Luckily the lovely ladies of the cafe nearby helped us to search the……

“Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! Alla mia richiesta avevano detto che sarebbero venuti il giorno dopo a portarle ma mai visto nessuno! Nel complesso comunque……

“Het is een nette, luxe appartement (met vaatwasser en vaatwastabletten}. Aan de kant van het appartement dat we in eerste instantie kregen werd gesloopt, erg veel lawaai. We hebben een appartement aan de andere kant gekregen, daar was het stil. Mensen van het hotel waren erg behulpzaam. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad.”

“Massiver Baulärm an zwei von vier Tagen hatte meinen Schlaf ab 07:30 beendet. Wenn Bauarbeiten geplant sind, kann ich nicht das angrenzende Appartement vermieten. Tausend Entschuldigungen helfen mir da nicht weiter. ”
