“Easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, heat/ac kept room comfy. Good selection for breakfast food. The staff were very helpful, friendly, always available. We really enjoyed our stay. If returning to area and need a place to stay we will definitely come back to your place. Thank you for a great stay.”

“The breakfast was great, we had an issue with the Internet saying it was at 6 am and it was actually 7:00am but we have stayed many times and the food was good. Quiet and pillow s are wonderful. It seems there is issues with the pool, which is ok for us but not f or r families with children”

“Room was accessed with key code, no interaction with staff, which we prefer. Clean, cute and comfortable room. Only thing that could have been better was to have access to a blow dryer. I couldn’t find one in the room and had to buy one. Would definitely stay again!”

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
