“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was spotless, cozy and really well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable beds too. The host was friendly and responsive, also providing a welcome folder with lots of useful information about the house and the surrounding area. We thoroughly recommend this property!”

“No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫”
