“I have been at this hotel several times and I always receive great service until my stay last night when I checked in the lady named Ashley was not friendly I handed her my id in her hand and she put it on the counter when giving it back to me like super rude then when I got in the shower the shower was not cleaned at all I was very disappointed in this stay I normally come once a month and I never complain but this time was awful please get the guy u guys normally have upfront ”

“The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. ”

“So I checked into my room after walking my dog. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk and maintenance was not on staff and they couldn’t switch me to another room for whatever reason so I had a non functional toilet for my stay. No offer of a discount, a free breakfast or even a bottle of water. Who stays anywhere without a toilet????”
