"A typical remodeled property formerly part of a larger chain. The paint was new and fresh. The carpet had been replaced with nice looking hardwood flooring. Those are the good points. The plumbing showed it's obvious age. Paint was peeling in the corners over the tub. The shower head was pretty disgusting and didn't work well. The hair dryer didn't work at all. The remote control didn't work at first, but the front desk clerk came to our room and solved the problem - something about the DirecTV box sensor's placement. The window curtain had one or more damaged or missing hangers and would not fully close. All in all, it is a property with insufficient upkeep. But the price is good, so if a few minor problems don't bother you, go for it!"

"This was a pleasant surprise! Nicest, cleanest, friendliest place we’ve been in a very long time! Staff went over and above expectations to make sure we had a first floor room and to ensure that Expedia straightened out a glitch that had us booked for two rooms instead of one. Fresh baked cookies and smiling faces greeted us, breakfast was hot and good, and everyone had a wonderful attitude. Room was clean and spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. We will arrange our schedule to stay here again soon!"

"I needed a budget motel for a quick pitstop on a multi-day road trip. Although the property was older and sorely needs remodeling/updating, it was obviously well cared-for to the best of the staff's ability. The property, lobby, grounds, and rooms were exceptionally CLEAN and the all of the staff we encountered were exceptionally NICE. The linens and other service items in the rooms were thoughtfully arranged and all of the outlets, hairdryer TV, etc. worked. The included continental breakfast was wholesome (oatmeal, bagels, cereal, milk, coffee, juice, etc.). No complaints beyond noisy upstairs guests checking in late (but hey, it's a highway motel!)."
