“Wonderful experience! You feel like you’ve stepped back in time to the early 1900’s. The lobby and foyer is grand and beautiful. We loved the elevator that had to be operated by the staff. Fatima, the hotel clerk was exceptional and made us feel so welcome. ”

“The whole cabin that we rented was absolutely spotless and decorated with a lot of detail. Everything from the kitchen to the bedroom to the bathroom and the living room was just gorgeous plus we loved the fireplace. We also had a wraparound deck that wrapped halfway around our cabin. The kitchen was very adequately stocked and if you wished you could make any meal. Both Henry and Rick were excellent managers of property and could answer any questions we had. Complimentary drinks/snacks at check-in and complimentary breakfast were much appreciated. James the lobby attendant Was fantastic with his suggestions for places to eat, shops to check out. And the weather was beautiful!”

You should definitely consider staying here if you like history and have an open mind for the opportunities an old property offers. I had the best nights sleep I had during my 10 days of traveling. Bisbee restaurants and some businesses are closed during the week so plan for that if you are not a weekend traveler. Skip St Elmo and go to Gene’s. We’re birders so we used Bisbee as a jumping off point. By……
