“If you like 1940's era houses with a ton of charm and an artsy vibe, which I do, you'll love this place. Kind of "shabby chic". Surrounded by similar period houses and brick-paved streets, there's a bus stop just outside the gate that takes you to Historic Ybor City neighborhood and within a couple blocks of the Tampa streetcar that goes downtown.
