"This is the second time at the Sofitel The Palm. The staff are excellent..always smiling and happy to help. They remembered us from our previous visit and are always kind. The restaurants are amazing and half board is recommended as everything is expensive in Dubai. Excellent location too. Thank you everyone at the Sofitel for another wonderful holiday. "

"Beach team and Italian restaurant are clearly 5*. Rooms nice but really could do with some entertainment at night. Singer outside the Palm Restaurant very nice, but post meal the hotel lacks atmosphere"
