Very nice and clean property and easy access to and far enough away from the city for it to be quiet but plenty of cafes and shops around. Overall a very pleasant hotel
The location is really easy to navigate from within the city. Getting downtown was easy and cheap with the bus route right outside and down the street.
We appreciated the cleaning staff and how kind and helpful they were and the addition of the common space to work/relax is a good help when you need to get some space to work.
Totally recommend!
Room and property were clean and just as described. Easy to get to via Uber/Taxi. Had some loud guests on our second night but that’s to be expected sometimes. All in all a great stay and would recommend. An economical option to staying in Dublin City Center.
A bit run-down, dark room, washbasin in the room instead of in the bathroom, hostel feeling and not as the pictures suggest, mediocre value for money.
Friendly staff, nice open space area with free tea and coffee

Convenient location. No staff, but check in was quite easy as they send detailed information.
Only downside was our fan was broken and it was a bit hot.

You are staying in a VRBO that looks like a hotel. No one is going to greet you or help you at the desk. Once I figured that out the room was fine and I really liked the neighborhood. We didn’t have a car and the bus system to town was great.

All good overall
just some niggles: slow drainage meant shower tray overflowed & sink didn’t empty for a few minutes.
Automatic keyless check-in worked fine (so no service as such!)
Room clean & warm. Bed big & comfortable Windows opened etc.
Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean with towels, fridge, kettle and even an espresso machine - very impressed! Even able to park the car for free! Can't understand why some people have left bad reviews - I'd stay again.
Rooms were quiet, clean, and it was easy to access the hotel with the virtual check in. Neighborhood is nice and not too long by bus into the city center.
I have stayed t this property many times and always been satisfied. Good location in South Central Dublin with easy transport to the city and many amenities close by. Good value for money.

You do get what you pay for... Our stay was overall not bad but there were some not great things. Such as, the hallway carpets are stained and old, the hallway also has an odor, the smoke alarm is right outside of bathroom door so it went off when showering, and the tv doesn’t work. But the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.
Very nice stay, on a 24hr bus line which helped a ton not having to pay for a taxi. Location is perfect as it is not very busy at night and very close to the city centre. Area felt very safe at night and the room was very comfortable
This was a delightful property. It is an older building which was been added to and updated. The room was clean and roomy. It was a delightful stay. We came back to Dublin for our last night and I definitely wished that I had booked this property for that night as well. I highly recommend this property.
I stay here quite often for business in Dublin always , clean , confetsbke and hassle free . Just this time there was no remote for the tv in the room , other than that , all good.
