“Kitchen was good, everything we needed to cook, and cereal and toast with beverages for breakfast. Vincent was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was warm and fairly quiet. The little bit of noise from the trains didn’t bother us.”

“The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. Originally opting for Sisu around the corner, we felt we should dine at the restaurant given we were staying as guests and that we could support this local establishment. We waited 1 hour and 15……

“For what this is (a cabin in a campervan park), it was excellent. The cabin was private, clean, and quiet. There's obviously no view and the amenities are all shared (shared bathroom/toilets/showers, shared communal area) but everything was in pretty good/decent shape. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's not pretending to be that. For the value and what you pay for (and for just one night where you're getting in fairly late and leaving somewhat early), it's excellent. ”
