“We booked a room in Annex C and the views were incredible. Huge rooms with lots of amenities and super comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs, there were golf carts taking us to and from the reception and all the staff helped us carry our luggage. The reception manager and hotel managers also personally took care of some of our issues, so 10/10 on being so kind and accommodating. The breakfast selection is also incredible, way better than most hotels I’ve……

The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water……
