"It’s a nice four star hotel. Rooms are very spacious. We had a sweet everything was clean. Stuff it’s very nice. The only thing that is hotel located not right on the beach. You have to go through tunnel. There is a road with cars that you have to close to get to the beach. We did not expect that otherwise overall stay was pleasant. The beach is very small though this property."

"The Riu Antillas was absolutely amazing. The scenery and location was perfect. The service was great. I got the Jr. Sunset Suite that had a beautiful view of the ocean and we saw a few Aruba sunsets. Overall the experience was fantastic and can't wait to go back!"

"The hotel is very good and offers a highly enjoyable stay, with several standout features that make it a great choice. Its location is one of its strongest advantages, providing both convenience and easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants, while still maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable, with balcony that add an extra level of enjoyment — perfect for relaxing, enjoying fresh air, or taking in the surrounding views. The beach facilities are excellent, well-organized, and designed for comfort, making it easy to fully enjoy time by the sea. Another big advantage is the free and very convenient parking, which adds great value and makes the stay even more hassle-free, especially for those traveling by car. However, there were a few notable negative experiences. One issue concerns beach sunbeds. In practice, many sunbeds are “reserved” by guests very early in the morning, often from sunrise, simply by placing towels on them. As a result, most beds appear occupied, while in reality many remain unused for hours — sometimes until lunchtime or even the entire day. Although the hotel states that unattended sunbeds should be released after two hours, this rule was not enforced at all during our 5-night stay. This situation significantly affects guests who come to enjoy the sea rather than the pool, and the hotel should address it more seriously — for example, by introducing an online reservation system and assigning staff"

From the moment of arrival, the experience was seamless — check-in was smooth and welcoming, complemented by a lovely touch of a champagne welcome drink. The location is very convenient, just a short 300-meter walk from a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore dining options nearby while still enjoying a peaceful resort atmosphere. Breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide selection of high-quality, delicious food and drinks. The setting makes it even more special — the breakfast restaurant is located right by the beach, providing beautiful morning views that enhance the entire experience. Dining at Ruinas del Mar is also a highlight. The restaurant has a unique and charming atmosphere, surrounded by water features and fish-filled pool, creating a relaxing and memorable setting. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. While the service could be improved slightly, it does not take away from the overall positive experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and recently renovated, giving a fresh and comfortable feel throughout the stay. Overall, Hyatt offers an exceptional combination of comfort, location, and ambiance, making it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."
