“The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly.
After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed.

“To start with, the hotel is located on a hill above the center and the lake, approximately a 15-minute walk from the central plaza. In return, the hotel is far from noise and crowds. The lobby area is well-proportioned and nicely designed.
