"This is our second time here. It's a cozy cottage with a million dollar view. Exceptionally clean, well decorated, we love it and our dog loves it. Everything is well thought out so all our needs are met. There isn't much in the off season, but that's what we like. No commercialism, but the grocery is great, a couple of restaurants, and Chestertown is a 15 minute drive."

"We have been VRBO'ing for quite a few years now and have had lots of positive experiences - but THIS property goes beyond all expectations in ways others can't. I can't think of another property layout that could offer what this one does - soothing water in every direction (where else can you see sunrise AND sunset over water?) and the large screened in porch with a view of the water was so comfortable and relaxing that we had to talk ourselves into leaving to go anywhere! "Thank you so much for our wonderful time at the Point of View. We were so comfortable we didn’t want to ever leave – it was clean and comfortable. The home feels brand new because it has been renovated very recently. The furniture and kitchen are brand new and perfect for the space. The water views are incredible in every direction – we watched stunning sunrises (and moon rises!) to the east, we watched the awesome sunsets to the west and thoroughly enjoyed watching all the action in Dogwood...

"My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there."
