“How to get to the room? We had to walk through a hallway that seemed to be a previously smoke smoking area. It wreaked of 20-year-old cigarette smoke. The room was poorly lit and one of the lamps didn't have the proper handles to be turned on. Once illuminated via another lamp, the floor was dirty. The furniture was damaged and finally the toilet was still soiled and unclean. We had asked for another room on upon our first entrance, but upon seeing the toilet we left the hotel. Maybe this was a……

“Like on being clean. Didn’t like came there for the pool, arrived and pool closed due to health department. They said updated web sight, dosen’t do us any good after traveling 5 hours. They did offer to cancel the reservation, what good does that do when wore out from driving and then have to look for another place at 5:00 pm. Found it weird they were quick to cancel but when asked for discount due to pool, they would rather cancel than discount the stay. Last time we stay at a Quality Inn.”
