The staff is so kindly. However I had the bad luck to be at a room without good ventilation It makes the room feel hot. I know this is appreciated in the city but was my experience The room bed is comfortable but the floor makes a noise every step I did

Great location. It would be better if solo rooms had a rack to put luggage on, also hand towels and foot towels would be nice. The elevator only goes to 4th floor, so have to carry luggage up to 5th floor. There site says early checkin is sometimes available, but when arrived at 1.30pm staff said nobody could check in before 3pm, therefore had to pay for luggage storage locker. Everything worked fine, although plumbing often made noises since older building.

It’s a backpackers hotel with tons of young people but also a lot of oldies like us. We booked one of the private rooms with an ensuite bathroom that included sheets and towels so we were fine with that. They have a locker room to store your luggage if you arrive before the 3 pm which they are very strict about. It was a dumb system for checkin because everyone had to stand in a long line when checkin started. Also I had done the pre-checkin online “to save time” but they made me present our passports anyway. Breakfast was a madhouse with all the young people but there were adequate continental items. The location is the main reason we picked it. It’s right next to the train station.

2nd time I've stayed here, perfect location for access to the city and station. The staff are all beyond lovely and happy to help! I would suggest booking double bunks rather than triple if you want a bit more room to sit on your bed etc! Great place very affordable, friendly, clean and comfy!
