“This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. Check in/check out was a challenge. The pool is nice but they sell day passes to anyone so it’s pretty busy/loud with partiers. Only four……

“I stayed here for a weekend and it was ok. My AC went out and they had to replace it so i showered in another room until they had everything fixed. The gave me free breakfast for that. My TV didn’t work my entire stay. The pool is small i didn’t utilize it. I don’t drink but my slushies were pretty good. The seafood platter that i ordered was mid but i loved the breakfast. Its near the beach and you can access it once you get pass the rocks. Food along the beach was good but you can’t bring it……

“Construction in hotel did not appear to be completely finished evidenced by incomplete exterior yard space and construction material in that space. Poor parking space available at hotel and around hotel. Luckily during my stay there weren't many guests, but cannot imagine what it would be like during full house. We were not notified that we must request daily room service, hence our room was not cleaned during our whole stay. We were never asked how our stay was going or if we needed anything-……

“We are so grateful for this place! The first day we had the pool all to ourselves which was just lovely. There were lots of tables and space to play and the hotel had great boardgames that we all enjoyed. The Tv, beds, showers etc were so comfortable and pleasant. We missed a mini fridge but apart from that it was a perfect oasis.”

“The room was super nice but the water pressure is not great. The views are incredible and it really is a true beachfront property. You have this huge black sand private beach at your disposal and it was not crowded at all. You get a taste of El Salvador without too much touristy stuff ruining it. The staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable and the local cats were a fun touch! The food was incredible and the drinks were amazing. Do yourself a favor - stay here! ”
