“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“The first room was not clean, had to move to another room, appeared to be clean. Water in shower lukewarm. One side of mattress had no support, I could not even lay on the side of the bed without rolling off, had to move to center and prop a pillow behind my back, the other side of mattress where my husband slept appeared to be fine.
