Enjoy private beach access, outdoor dining, and the soothing sound of waves just steps away. Inside, find a fully equipped kitchen and beach essentials like chairs, boogie boards, and games. Perfect for families, friends, or solo travelers seeking coastal comfort and charm. One pet is welcome (other pets upon request). Please note: the property is not fenced. Located right on Manasota Key Road, you've arrived at your own private beach oasis. A 15 minute drive to the West End of the Island, you'll find some great restaurants, live music and happy hour jaunts. Downtown Englewood is also just a short 10 minute drive aways to other great local shops, coffee spots and more great restaurants, wine bars and bistros. Book a boat trip, take your morning beach walk and immerse yourself among this lively beach community for the perfect sunshine getaway. Unique code will be sent to you day of your arrival; this code is active on day of arrival and will deactivate day of departure. We have a parking spot available and can accommodate maximum two vehicles. Additionally you have private beach access on the Gulf. The space has just been renovated, so expect a carefully curated beach bungalow experience that holds just about anything you may need: hairdryer, steamer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pots, pans, utensils, plates, outside dining plates, platters, condiments, and all the fixings. Easy to get around this beach neighborhood with driving. It is about 10 houses down from Manasota Beach and just about far enough that people don’t come and sit in your space. There is plenty of room to spread out. We had such a great time. The moment we stepped inside the cottage we immediately felt a warm, cozy vibe. It’s right on the Gulf of Mexico, so the views are spectacular! Literally steps to the beach and water. It was so nice having everything we needed stocked, from shampo/conditioner, paper towels & toilet paper to spices, olive oil, snacks and bottled water. The large beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella were great for lounging on the patio and for sitting on the beach.We went to the Braves Spring Training camp to watch the Braves vs. Red Sox one day. It was a great time and only took us about 15 mins to get to the park.We went to Cassariano in Venice for dinner 2 nights because it was SO incredibly delicious! The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The beach is only a few steps away. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the house and patio is unbelievable! The attention to detail in the home and on the patio is fantastic. We spent most of our waking hours on the beach or on the patio. The patio wraps around the back and sides of the house and is equipped with very comfortable furniture and loungers. One of the highlights is the big outdoor table where we ate all our meals and played games at night. A beautiful tree provides shade during the day and is full of beautiful lights at night!
