“First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. A burned out light, pressure in the sink was too high and splashed me. Worst was the toilet thatdidn't flush. I has to reach into the tank and flush it manually. Maintenance "fixed" it the first day by bending the flush arm instead of replacing it. It "worked for less than a day. They couldn't move me since they were full until the 3rd……

“This was such a cozy perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our other family members in town! It was clean and had such a cozy living room. The host was amazing at communicating and it was close to all kinds of places to eat/shop in Enterprise. The only thing that could be improved was to get curtains in the rooms. As soon as the sun comes up it’s super bright, but overall such a wonderful stay!”

“At approximately 11pm, I went into the lobby to request additional towels. I was informed through the kiosk, that nobody was working and they would return at 6am. At 6:15, I went back to the lobby to request towels and the doors were locked. We were not able to receive any assistance while we were on the property. The room was gross. There were fecal splatters in and on the toilet. Once you closed the bathroom door, there was hair, dust, and other stains on the floor. There were stains on the……
