“Upon walking in the lobby the property smelled like stale cigarettes. There was no one behind the counter when I first walked in. After a moment or two a younger gentleman came out of a back office who looked as if he just left a dispensary and sample every joint in the house. Having said that, he was nothing but courteous, polite and gave wonder suggestions for meal options in the area. Then we walked into our room. It was not welcoming whatsoever. All the fixtures were tattered and……

“Checking was great, but checking out somehow was not done. my family left at 10:30 AM but by 3PM we were some how still checked in. Had to return for a lost item it was never returned. I still have not received my security deposit back.”
