I was very disappointed with my stay. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know I would be traveling with my service dog, so there should have been no confusion. Despite that, a front desk employee actually chased me down the hallway, yelling at me about my dog. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable—especially considering they had been notified in advance.
The complimentary breakfast was another major disappointment. Both mornings, many of the breakfast items had run out and were never restocked. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because breakfast was included, yet I wasn’t able to enjoy it either day.
Overall, the rude treatment from the front desk staff combined with the lack of basic service made for a very disappointing stay. I would not choose this hotel again.
